Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24hrs of purchase with no penalty. After 24hrs the restock fee will be required to cancel your order.

Units can be returned within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, in like new condition, for a full refund minus $100 restock fee per unit. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items pending inspection of condition. Once a refund request is initiated by email, units must be received within  the following10 business days (2 weeks) or an additional fee will apply.

Units that have been worn (lace has been cut) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a 50% refund. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items pending inspection of condition. Once a refund request is initiated by email, units must be received within  the following10 business days (2 weeks) or an additional fee will apply.

Units listed as Final Sale - ALL SALES ARE FINAL No exceptions.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are accepted when you have received the wrong items.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is shown in all product descriptions on product pages.

  • Ready to Ship Units - Ship within 1-3 business days, after payment processing is complete
  • Custom Units - Ship within 10-15 business days (approx. 2-3 weeks) after payment processing is complete
  • On hand Items/products - Ship within 1-3 business days, after payment processing is complete
  • Payment processing is determined by your selected payment method or banking institution and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

  • (United States) 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail 
  • (United States) 1-5 Business Day Shipping UPS Ground
  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS International Priority Mail
  • This time does not include the processing period
  • Expect delays during inclement weather events, global concerns, sales periods & holidays.

Once a package is marked as shipped and in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have no control over the time required to reach you. The shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow adequate for your package to reach you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • (International) 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS via USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package.

At this time we currently ship to US, Canada, and APO/overseas military addresses.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
  • All Packages come with a Tracking number.
  • If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office or edit your delivery widow on UPS packages
