WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR WIGS?

Current prices range from $300 - $650. (As of November 2022)

Price is determined by:

length (10in - 30in)
lace size (4x4, 5x5, 6x6)
Custom color
Any additional Add ons

WHAT LENGTH SHOULD I ORDER?

Every wig is available in lengths 10in - 30in. (Longer is available upon request)

Wig length is measured based on the stretch length, meaning for curly/wavy textures the length is measured when hair is stretch straight.

We recommend going up one length for wavy textures and at least two lengths for curly textures.

WHAT SIZE WIG SHOULD I ORDER? DO YOU NEED MY CUSTOM MEASUREMENTS?

We offer 5 different wig sizes:

Extra small (XS) - 20in head circumference
Small (S) - 21/21.5 Head circumference
Average (Avg) - 22/22.5 head circumference
Large (Lrg) - 23/23.5 head circumference
Extra Large (XL) - 24in head circumference

Please note that custom wigs are made for a snug fit with a flat braid down underneath

Custom measurements are always welcome but are not required. If you would prefer custom measurements you can enter them under the additional comments section of your order. Please follow this guide:

WHAT TYPE OF LACE DO YOU OFFER AND WHICH SHOULD I PURCHASE?

At this time we only offer ultra thin HD lace.

We have 3 different lace sizes: 4x4, 5x5, 6x6. Lace is measured in inches, front to back, and side to side. For example, a 5x5 lace parting space would be 5 inches across your hairline and 5 inches back from your hairline. Here is a quick breakdown to help in your selection:

4x4 - the most beginner friendly and easy to wear
5x5 - greater versatility, wider parting space, great option for most styles
6x6 - largest lace, most versatility, great for half up/half down styles

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

Processing time is shown in all product descriptions on product pages.

Ready to Ship Units - Ship within 1-3 business days, after payment processing is complete
Custom Units - Ship within 10-15 business days (approx. 2-3 weeks)
On hand Items/products - Ship within 1-3 business days, after payment processing is complete
Payment processing is determined by your selected payment method or banking institution and can take anywhere from 1-5 business days

Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

Once a package is marked as shipped and in the hands of the shipping carrier, we have no control over the time required to reach you. The shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow adequate for your package to reach you.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER? WHAT IF I PAY EXTRA?

Unfortunately this option is not available. At this time, we do not offer expedited services.

HOW FULL ARE YOUR UNITS? HOW MUCH HAIR IS USED?

Factory made units are all 200% density or better

Custom unit density is based on bundles used:

Units between 10in - 14in use 2-3 bundles
Units between 16in - 20in use 3 bundles
Units between 22 - 30 use 3-4 bundles

All Units can be made with a higher density/fullness upon request. (additional cost may apply)

Where are you located? Can I pick up or drop off the hair for wig services?

We are proudly located in Dallas, Texas, However this is a online business and for safety reasons only online orders are accepted. Local meet-up is not currently an option.

This is a PO box, however any carrier will deliver using the local street address listed above.

Can I dye or color the hair? Can I straighten the hair?

Yes the hair can be dyed/colored, however, please note that sometimes the chemicals in these products may loosen the curl pattern and excessive or harsh bleaching may damage the hair.

Yes you can straighten the hair. However, curly textures like kinky curly hair will not get bone straight. This hair is full of texture and when straightened it will mimic a Kinky Straight texture. Heat protectant and proper hair care should be applied.

What is your refund or return policy?

Orders can be canceled within 24hrs of purchase with no penalty. After 24hrs the restock fee will be required to cancel your order.

Units can be returned within 7 days of receipt, for any reason, in like new condition, for a full refund minus $100 restock fee per unit. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items pending inspection of condition. Once a refund request is initiated by email, units must be received within the following 10 business days (2 weeks) or your return may be voided/ an additional fee will apply.

Units that have been worn (lace has been cut) can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a 50% refund. Refund will be processed upon receipt of returned items pending inspection of condition. Once a refund request is initiated by email, units must be received within the following 10 business days (2 weeks) or your return may be voided/ an additional fee will apply.

Units listed as Final Sale - ALL SALES ARE FINAL No exceptions.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

Returns are accepted when you have received the wrong items.
